There's only 2 ways to get the radio code if you do not have it written down such as in manual or remember it then the only two ways are either through a local blaupunkt dealer/service center that can get the code or by calling the manufacture directly and proving the unit is yours and not stolen, I am sorry but there is no other way. To do a soft reset, unplug the power cable from the supply. Wait about a minute. Then, press the power button on the TV panel for about 30 seconds. It will help drain the residual power from the capacitors and solve the power glitch. Then replug the cable and try to turn on the TV.

The radio will only get worse. Assuming your QX4 to have a 100% factory stereo setup, your issues have something to do with the factory Bose amp. Barring a loose connection/ground/fuse, it’s either not being triggered to turn on (head unit connectivity issues) or its failing. Electonics which have to warm up to work usually have a bad capacitor.
