Okay so check this out. I had a Galaxy watch 3 LTE and when the floor came out I got the four classic just with Bluetooth. I'm going to tell you now that when you have an LTE watch and it's connected to your network you do not get updates in a timely manner. In most cases you're going to be very late, the last batch type of thing.
However, bare in mind that battery consumption is greatly increased if you're on cellular, so I wouldn't use my the watch for longer periods of time without being directly connected to a phone or a Wi-Fi network. Bluetooth LE is the best choice if you want to save power period.
